These terms apply when you use the Occupational Humour website or place an order. Occupational Humour is the customer-facing store and orders are fulfilled by Omega Drinks Ltd. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and finished products. Product availability and prices may change without notice. Personalised products are produced using the information supplied by you, so please check all names, spelling and details carefully.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when the order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable grounds. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
Prices include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
Fulfilment and delivery
Omega Drinks Ltd processes and dispatches orders. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more information.
Returns and cancellations
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in the Refund Policy. Personalised or custom-made products may only be returned where faulty or where required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, copy protected content without permission or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, artwork, branding and product designs belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
